What's this? Effort?! Can it be?!?!

Oh my God you have no idea how long this took me..... all the shading and colors *dies* And what's worse is that I can't shade or do elements for beans.... and that's super depressing because I really like beans *yum*

I know this isn't the most unique idea, but I really wanted to try drawing some other characters and when Katara's pose came to me first, everything else just fell into place. And come on, we all know the girl characters are the best fighters in the show anyway... who's more evilly kick ass than Azula and who's more awesome than Toph? NO ONE!

And thus we riot for girl action figures

I really like how Ty Lee and Toph came out... I resent Suki now for all her colors... and Azula too.... Katara doesn't look like Katara.... but hey neither does anyone else. I know Toph's toes look weird but you know what... in a quick part of the Crossroads of destiny, if you look close, she has no toes! So my toes aren't that bad if you compare it to no toes... There are so many flaws in character design I don't want to mention them because then everyone will go looking for them... but then again if i don't say anything you are bound to point them out and after how long I worked on this and the impossibility of me going into photoshop and changing the characters... it gets a little frustrating...

Do I get bonus points for attempting new characters?

I know there are many more strong female characters, like Jun, Smellerbee, and even Yue... but by the time I got around to thinking about them I'd already scanned it and I had no room on my paper anyway... so I'm sorry to all the fans of those and other characters

I know it's hard to read, but the words on the background strip thing says "fight like a girl" and it's just repeated again.... I know sometimes it looks like it says "Fig a Gir" but just read it as "fight like a girl" for me please

Regarding the background (what background?! what are you talking about?!) okay so it is a stripe that fades from navy to sea foam.. I sorta' kinda' may have usurped the idea from *Irrel's AU cover I'm so sorry.... but when I was trying out different styles of backgrounds that covered the whole white area they would distract from the girls and the simple but effective method of using the style of background the AU cover uses is really great.... I couldn't resist... if I'm not allowed to borrow the idea I can change it...
